Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
Q. Do adults pay an admission fee to enter the pumpkin patch?
A. No. There is no admission fee for adults to enter the Pumpkin Patch.
Q. Do all children pay an admission fee?
A. No. Only children ages 2-12 that wish to play on the inflatable amusements need to pay an admission fee. Admission fee is based by time to play on all inflatable rides (open play for a period of time). There is no fee for children under 2 as they are not permitted to play on the inflatables. Children over 12 years of age are not permitted to play on the inflatable rides.
Q. What is the admission fee for children ages 2-12 who wish to play on the inflatables?
A. Our admission fees vary by lot due to the size and location of the lot. On average, prices range from $7 to $10 for 30 minutes and $10 to $14 for 60 minutes of play. All day passes are available for $25.00 or less and discount coupons are available on this website by clicking on the Pumpkin Coupon page.
Q. Can you come and go throughout the day with an All Day Pass?
A. Yes. Your pumpkin patch host will provide your child with a special wristband. When you return you must show the wristband to regain access to the pumpkin patch.
Q. Are there other activities at the pumpkin patch?
A. Some of our larger lot locations offer other activities such as gator racing, petting zoos, Haunted Houses, Fun Houses and Super Slides. Please visit our lot location and hours page and click on the lot you are interested in to see what it offers. These activities are priced separately from the inflatable amusements admission fee. Please also note that most of our pumpkins patches are not located on farms but in urban locations (vacant parking lots) throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Although we do not offer the traditional hay rides or corn mazes on many of the sites, our inflatable amusements and large pumpkin selections have been attracting huge crowds throughout the Bay Area for over 15 years.
Q. Do we have to pay for admission to walk around the pumpkin patch?
A. No. There is no admission fee to stroll around the pumpkin patch and pick out the perfect pumpkin. You will only be required to purchase a wristband for your children who wish to play.
Q. Are adults permitted on the inflatables?
A. NO. Adults are not permitted on the inflatables at any time. If your child should get scared or need assistance on any inflatable, one of our pumpkin patch hosts will assist them off. As inflatables are powered by air, the weight difference in an adult versus a child is substantially different and poses a high risk for the child playing.
Q. Can I drop my child off to play at the pumpkin patch?
A. No. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while at the pumpkin patch.
Q. What if I purchase a wristband for my child and they are scared to go on the inflatables?
A. We understand that this does happen and are more than willing to offer a refund for the wristband as long as the matter is brought to the pumpkin patch manager within the first 5-10 minutes of play. If you return after 30 minutes have passed and advise us that your child did not play – we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes, all lots accept credit cards.
Q. What if it starts to rain?
A. Unless there is a severe storm, our pumpkin patches and inflatables will remain open during the event of light to moderate rain. Please be aware that your child will most likely go home wet and plan accordingly.
Q. What are your operating hours?
A. Most locations are open from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursdays and 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturdays. Please visit our Lot Location and Hours page to check your pumpkin patch’s hours of operation.
